This collaboration with Fox Farm Brewery of Salem, Connecticut is the next oering in the Stowe Style series: a new world take on a classic Bavarian-style weissbier. Brewed with wheat from Thrall Family Malt, and dry-hopped with HBC 586 hops, this hop-forward hefeweizen is hazy blonde in color with notes of citrus, spice, tropical fruit, and bread dough with a dry and effervescent finish.
