Grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed. The wine is fermented traditionally for about 8 days at low temperature. The wine is bottled lightly filtered with a small addition of sulfur.
Appearance: Deep ruby red.
Nose: Elegant nose of blackcurrant and elderberry.
