Drusian Description

White sparkling wine made from Glera grapes grown on hilly terrain and fermented in tanks according to the Charmat method. The slow process of fermentation at a low temperature (15-16°C / 59-61°F) brings out the characteristics of this grape, resulting in a fine and persistent perlage. Its bouquet demonstrates a wide range of fruity fragrances including hints of green apple, citrus fruits and fresh vegetables accompanied by a pleasing note of bread. The harmonious and lively freshness results in a crisp and dry finish on the palate. This well balanced wine is perfect as an aperitif, ideal with fish dishes, or as in the local tradition, with all courses.
