Wonderful aperitive wine, great for all kinds of celebrations while snacking on some nibbles.
Made using the Methode Champenoise, aka secondary fermentation in bottles with lees, for 12 months. The wine is disgorged and topped up with more wine, zero sugar added. Showing notes of fresh raspberry, rose petals with a citric flavor undertone.
