PARS Description

100% Zinfandel from 50 year old vines. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, aged six months in 50% American and 50% French oak barrels. Aromas of licorice, blackberry and black pepper with hints of vanilla. Full-bodied with a juicy backbone, very good acidity, and well integrated tannins. 14.8% alcohol. 560 cases produced.
