Clava, as indicated by its etymology, it represents the flagship line of our vineyard and the great potential grapes that these wines are made of. They are intense, balanced and of great personality.
Pale yellow wine with almost translucent and bright silver trims, on the nose you can find citrus notes with slight herbaceous notes, tomato sprout. In the mouth it is enveloping, with a good body, fresh, with soft citrus notes. It presents a slightly salty mineral finish due to the proximity to the sea.
Ideal to accompany green salads, seafood, and ceviches. Recommended serving temperature between 10 and 12° C.
