Vignoble Angst- Husband and wife team, Antoine and Celine Angst are living proof that dreams really can come true. The pair were crazy about wine and dedicated themselves to learning the craft. Antoine brings into the wine business 15 years management in the vineyard, while Celine, whose background was in pharmacy, trained to become a winemaking technician. The first-generation winemakers bought their winery in the historic village of Pontigny near Chablis in 2013. Vignoble Angst winery produces wines in eight appellations: Bourgogne, Bourgogne Chitry, Cremant de Bourgogne, Irancy, Chablis and Petit Chablis. All the wines produced by Vignoble Angst are based on the two classic Burgundian grape varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

White flower aromas (hawthorn and acacia) and citrus notes. A tense and lively palate, with a mineral finish.

Aging potential: 6 to 8 years.
