Q. Is it possible to get wines or other products not listed on your website?
A. Yes, we will do our best to find any product you are looking for. Please either fill out a purchase request here or send us an email at sales@publicprinceton.com with your request and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
 
Q. Are the prices on the website the same as in-store or in advertisements?
A. Generally, yes. While we may offer special website or in-store pricing, we make every effort to mirror our pricing both in-store and online. In the event of a discrepancy, please contact us in-store via 609.924.0750 or via email at sales@publicprinceton.com.
 
Q. What is your Return Policy?
A. Please find our in our Return Policy for specifics regarding returns.
 
Q. What do I need to bring when I pick up my order?
A. A customer should either, print their Order Confirmation or display the email from their cell phone upon pick up, along with proper identification.

If someone other than the customer is picking up your order, please be sure to have the order confirmation and proper identification.

 
Q. Do you sell gift cards?
A. We do! For now, gift cards are available in physical form only and much be purchased and redeemed in-store.
 
Q. Do you deliver?
A. Absolutely. We currently offer hand delivery within much of the greater Princeton area. More details can be found in our Delivery Policy.
 
Q. Do you offer curbside pickup?
A. You bet! Please feel free to select complementary curbside pickup during checkout and just give us a call when you arrive. We'll bring your order right out to you. More details can be found in our Delivery Policy.
 
Q. Do you have “natural wines” and/or orange wines?
A. We sure do! Wines that are considered "natural", "orange", or "minimal intervention" can be found in our regular rotating selection. Please do not be afraid to ask, "What's New?"!
