We all know the iconic structure Lucy the Elephant as many of our childhood memories recall looking at this giant, seemingly out of nowhere, elephant that has a long history at the Jersey Shore.  While now a tourist attraction for years to come, the history within the elephant itself has its own stories.  Ranging from a restaurant, business offices, a cottage and tavern amongst other uses, we drew inspiration for our Vanilla Coffee Brown Ale.
