80% Trebbiano, 20% Malvasia The company has always considered this wine one of its flagships. Produced in the most faithful Tuscan tradition, a choice of Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes is matted and after a long stay, to obtain maximum dehydration, the pressed must is placed in barrels where it remains for 5 years. After a careful choice of the various caratelli, only the best product is bottled. Great complexity and oxidation make it one of the best Vinsanti in Tuscany.
