Juicy and attractive wines; elegant, complex and persistent. In this line we present three varietals (Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc) and Don Tiburcio, a Blend made up of five strains (50% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 5% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot) Aged 8 months in French oak barrels.

Origin of the Grapes: The Malbec grapes come from our vineyard Finca La Encerrada (1450 masl), Gualtallary, UCO Valley. The Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Merlot grapes come from our vineyards Finca Libertad (850 masl), Cruz de Piedra, Maipú, Mendoza.

Elaboration Process: The varietals are elaborated separately. Prefermentative cold maceration. Fermentation at 25°C in pool. Post fermentation maceration for 2 weeks. Burst and natural malolactic fermentation.

Aging: 8 to 10 months in French oak barrels.

Appearance: Ruby red, with brownish edges. Of medium intensity.

Nose: The complexity of the varietal composition of this wine shows aromas of red and black fruits, spices such as white pepper, cloves and cardamom on the nose. Herbal notes of eucalyptus, thyme and rosemary. The olfactory descriptors of its time in the barrel are present, such as cocoa and vanilla.

Palate: It is a wine with a lot of presence from the start. It develops all its volume with a high impact in the middle of the mouth, showing its rounded tannins, product of the blend of five strains. It has a long mouthfeel with a herbaceous and delicate finish; It has a high persistence.
