100% estate grown-fruit from 25 year-old-vines growing in sandy soils on clay subsoil. Grapes are harvested at optimum maturity after careful analysis. Made from 27 year old vines, this cuvée is one of our most consistent Loire Sauvignon Blanc. The vines are pruned short to restrict the yields and grapes are picked at full maturity.
Tasting Notes:
This white wine is very aromatic, with the classic grassy scents of Sauvignon Blanc mixed with aromas of lemon and grapefruit. The palate follows the nose : it is bright, racy and juicy.
