Working organically, and employing biodynamic treatments on their property, Loxarel produces sparkling Penedes wines of real expression and stunning purity. The 999 is a blend of Pinot Noir and Xarel-lo Vermell (rare red skinned mutation of Xarel-lo), full of crisp, tangy red fruit flavors, and without a hint of sugar (dosage) added. If you like your bubbly dry, this is one to try! Very interesting, delicious and a real overachiever.
