Open-top fermentation tanks and manual punch-downs ensure optimal extraction, developing a robust structure with elegantly balanced tannins. Post-fermentation, the wine matures in French oak barrels, imparting delicate spice and vanilla nuances that enhance rather than overpower the wine's inherent fruit character.
