We Love Rum

In 2013 we launched a nano-distillery to create unique & remarkable american rum. Our signature spirit is double distilled in classic pot stills from 100% Louisiana cane - a hybrid fermentation of raw sugar & blackstrap molasses. Every step of the process is done by hand using only the best whole ingredients by a team of passionate & dedicated rum lovers.

Lyon Dark Rum is unlike any other: We blend our signature rum with a touch of housemade caramel, resulting in a rich, smooth spirit with complex notes of burnt sugar, molasses and baking spices. This is our most popular & versatile rum.
