Luis Pato Description

With the possible exception of england, bairrada is the only place (we know of) in the world outside of champagne that that regularly makes traditional method sparkling wine with both chalky soils and a true marginal climate.

The limited time this wine sees on the lees serves to create a more transparent wine, with a focus on juicy fruit, salty minerality from the proximity to the atlantic, and a super dry finish.
