Sonder Description

Unknown quantities of Grenache, Cinsault, Counoise, Mourvedre and Viognier were all picked at the same time and fermented in the same vessel. Picked early, pressed early and aged for 5 months in neutral French puncheons.

Aromas of watermelon and strawberry with a hint of raspberry liqueur and spice. Palate is concentrated, driven by floral, strawberry and herbal notes. Finishes with a hint of minerality. Minimal sulfites.
